Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 30-60 minutes for most areas in Nairobi. Emergency deliveries can be as fast as 20 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all major areas in Nairobi including Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington, Karen, Runda, Parklands, CBD, South B, South C, Lang’ata, and Rongai. Contact us if your area isn’t listed.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Yes! We operate 7 days a week, including public holidays. Our delivery hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No minimum order required. We deliver single cylinders of any size. However, delivery is free for orders of 13kg cylinders and above.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa (preferred), cash on delivery, and bank transfers for corporate accounts. Payment is made upon delivery after you confirm the cylinder is in good condition.

Do I pay before or after delivery?

Payment is made on delivery. You can pay via M-Pesa or cash once you receive your gas cylinder and confirm everything is in order.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges. The price quoted includes the gas refill and delivery. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises.

Safety

Are your gas cylinders safe and certified?

Absolutely. All our cylinders are KEBS-certified and undergo regular safety inspections. We only source from licensed and reputable gas suppliers.

How do I know if my cylinder needs replacement?

Cylinders should be replaced if you notice rust, dents, or damage. Our delivery team inspects each cylinder before delivery and will advise if a replacement is needed.

What should I do if I smell gas?

If you smell gas, immediately turn off the regulator, open windows for ventilation, avoid using electrical switches, and call us or emergency services. Do not use open flames.

Do your delivery personnel wear uniforms?

Yes, all our delivery staff wear branded Gas on Wheels uniforms and carry company ID cards for your safety and verification.
